Kim Kardashian gets a closet makeover by Kanye West .

Kim Kardashian's fashion is ever evolving and ever since she started dating rapper and fashion main man, Kanye West the rumor mill has been spinning and it looks like it's true!
According to the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians... Kanye does in fact dress Kim !!

We've seen this in her style she's gone from a glitzy reality star to very high fashion rocking neutrals, blacks, way less makeup and traded in her overdone look for a much more sophisticated one with no more extensions or false lashes!
Kanye called her "new Kim"

It all started with Kanye coming over to Kim's house and brings his stylist and he is set to give Kim what she calls a "Full clothing makeover!"
Kim was so nervous and she said she was about to cry !! But, Kanye breaks the tension time to time with his compliments.

Kim says "Kanye has really inspired me to want to be a little bit more of an individual. I think my style is just evolving and changing and I think it should because that's what life is about."
And as her style changes courtesy of Kanye's, should we call them demands, Kim pleads and asks if she can just keep a few things and Kanye gives her the harsh reality that she really has to clean out everything!
But it seems as if Kim's okay with it because she goes onto say that quote, "Kanye is a fashon designer and he loves clothes so I'm excited to collaborate with him to see what his take on fashion is."

Kanye takes the closet revamp as time to poke a little fun at Kim bringing down a fur trimmed Louis Vuitton purse that he pretty much deems un-wearable which is confirmed by his stylist asking if it's a dog bag...

Kim gets a little red-faced because apparently according to Ms. Kardashian herself she is the one also giving out closet makeovers so having the tables turned is quite the shocker!
And by watching the struggle she's having a hard time letting go saying I need these, and asking if she should keep a certain bag for her daughter one day?

At least the clothes won't be going to waste.  Kim tweeted: 'The clothes I got rid of will be up on EBay next month for a charity auction! Going to Life Change Community Church.'

haute interview : White Stain "desert collection"

"The desert rocks blazer inspired by the rocks in the desert"
White stain is a brand based in  Dubai by the talented designer Ahmed El Sayed , had a chance to interview him to get more details about the up coming collection " The Desert Collection"

How do you define the desert collection ?

This collection is for all the women out there who have a connection to the desert; whether they have lived in places where deserts surround them or have always been intrigued by cultures that evolved around the deserts. The collection is split into three parts; the sand dunes, the desert rocks and the sea that meets the desert. Each part carries unique looks that represent the desert. The sand dunes part is portrayed by long cardigans, which shows the fluidity of the dunes. The desert rocks part is reflected by cropped spiked blazers  with zipper elements to further accentuate the silhouette and adds a hard edge to the looks. The sea part gives off ethereal designs inspired by the waves that meet the sand, whether they are in accentuated shoulders or in loose vests.

What inspired you to design the desert collection ?

I was born and raised in Doha, Qatar. The desert plays a big part in the GCC culture, which is a culture that is very dear to me. I am also Egyptian by blood, and as we all know Egypt's history mainly lies within the deserts of the country. My clients are mainly from the GCC so this is also a homage to them, for making the brand what it is now. I am trying to give a very modern twist to the GCC culture and its fashion through these designs. I have been asked several times to design looks that represent part of the GCC culture, so this the right time to release a collection like this.

Can you tell us more about fabrics and colors you used in the collection ?

White is always an essential color that i use in all my collections, the color is used in the blazers for this collection. White goes back to the definition of the brand name; White being the fabric and stain being the accessories on it. Blood red and royal blue are used in cardigans. Salmon and peach are used in vests. I enjoyed using chiffon in this collection to make skirts, the silhouettes allowed us to give a very strong desert look as it represented the fluidity of the sand. Stretch fabric was used in the making of the cardigans, as it takes shape of the customer who is wearing it, and allows the looks to have fluidity to them.

What is your favorite piece from the collection ?

Every piece of the collection has a very special place in my heart. But i am very much drawn to the Red Blood cardigan, as you will see in the new collection pictures, that its very heavily influenced by the desert as it really shows fluidity in its silhouette which is very much like the sand. It is also a very strong silhouette, so it will make a woman look very powerful wearing it.

When will you launch the desert collection ?

We are currently finishing off custom made orders from our regular clients. I will then be traveling next month to Europe to start gathering inspiration for our next new collection, and so the desert collection is now scheduled to be released around the middle of September.

Where can we find White Stain ?
Our new collections will be sold online on our website: www.whitestain.net .

I am absolutely in love with the desert rocks blazer , cant wait to see the entire collection !

Style Stalker : Gossip girl season 6 fashion sneak peak !!

My favourite show Gossip Girl came to its final season , season 6 which will only be 10 or 11 episodes !! but as expected it will be full of drama and breath taking unexpected drama , the season hasn't yet hit the small screen but our favourite stars hit the streets of NYC to film giving us an incredible sneak peak of their fashion that we all know and love .

lets go into the details of these gorgeous outfits of Blake Lively and  Leighton .
in the picture above the stunning Blake Lively is wearing this vibrant cobalt blue Marc by Marc Jacobs tie-waist dress .Pops of bold accessories included green and pink drop earrings, bright coral cutout Christian Dior sandals, and a floral-printed satchel. the color combination is just perfect .

Blake hit the streets of NYC in the ultimate Summer-perfect ensemble.  may seem like a lot but truly came together perfectly. Blake wore an Alice + Olivia orange beaded top, a floral Haute Hippie maxi skirt, and Christian Louboutin turquoise Bollywood peep-toe heels.

and last but not least !Leighton was spotted in a  Red Valentino dress that hits right above the knee paired with a pair of zebra Brian Atwood Marilyn platform pumps , the print mix seems a bit risky but its safe and right on trend !
